My extensive experience in surgical pathology has led me to perform more than 2,500 surgeries of all kinds at the Naval Medical Center from 1982 to 1993. In addition, I was certified by the Mexican Council of General Surgery in 1993 and recertified in 1999 and 2003.

 

During that time, I was also a surgeon in trauma units at the Centro Médico Nacional, the Hospital de Lomas Verdes, and the Hospital de Urgencias Traumatológicas, which gave me the necessary experience in surgery for patients with abdominal, thoracic, and vascular trauma.

 

I am also certified in the Advance Trauma Life Support course and am a member of the American College of Surgeons. Currently, I perform surgery in areas such as skin, head and neck, thorax, abdomen, endocrine, vascular, colorectal, trauma, and gastrosurgery.
