Physical payments and bank transfer: We also accept payments in cash, bank transfer, bank deposit or in Oxxo stores. By making a payment in this manner, you agree to the financial institution's terms and conditions relating to the payment. Surgeries, treatments and plans may present a change in the price shown on our website and its final price may be different from the one shown. To acquire a service such as: surgery, treatment or plans, prior consultations with Doctor Octavio Rojas are required in advance, where the final price is agreed, making the shown cost increase valid or not including an additional cost depending on the case.

Cancellation of online and physical appointments

Cancellation more than 47:59  hours in advance: If you cancel your appointment more than 47:59 hours in advance, you will not be charged any cancellation fee.

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the consultation.

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the consultation.

Appointment Changes: If you wish to change the date or time of your appointment, you must do so at least 47: 59  hours in advance. If you change your appointment less than 47: 59  hours in advance, you will be charged an appointment change fee of 50% of the cost of the consultation.

Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or weather event, you will be allowed to cancel or change your appointment without incurring a charge.

Note: All cancellations or changes must be made in writing through the online portal or by email.

This policy applies to all virtual medical visits and is implemented to ensure fair and efficient use of our physicians' time and to help keep healthcare costs low for our patients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
