Virtual Medical Consultation Cancellation Policy: Cancellations More Than 47:59 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment more than 47:59 hours in advance, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost. If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full consultation cost. Appointment Changes: If you wish to change the date or time of your appointment, you must do so at least 47:59 hours in advance. If you change your appointment less than 47:59 hours in advance, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of 50% of the consultation cost. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or a weather event, you will be allowed to cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring any charges. Note: All cancellations or changes must be made in writing through the online portal or by email.
