Virtual Medical Consultation Cancellation Policy: Cancellations More Than 47:59 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment more than 47:59 hours in advance, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost. If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full consultation cost. Appointment Changes: If you wish to change the date or time of your appointment, you must do so at least 47:59 hours in advance. If you change your appointment less than 47:59 hours in advance, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of 50% of the consultation cost. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or a weather event, you will be allowed to cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring any charges. Note: All cancellations or changes must be made in writing through the online portal or by email. This policy applies to all virtual medical consultations and is implemented to ensure fair and efficient use of our physicians' time and to help keep healthcare costs low for our patients.
